Lori Love Cleanspark: CleanSpark Appoints New CFO

CleanSpark, Inc., a sustainable bitcoin mining and energy technology company, has announced the appointment of Gary A. Vecchiarelli as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Vecchiarelli brings with him a wealth of experience in public accounting, finance operations, and capital markets.

Vecchiarelli was chosen from a pool of exceptional candidates following a national executive search firm's recommendation. He succeeds outgoing CFO, Lori Love, who will work in a limited capacity during the transition period. As Chief Financial Officer of CleanSpark, Vecchiarelli will be responsible for streamlining internal controls and reporting procedures. His extensive audit experience will help him in this role, having previously worked with high-growth companies and held senior positions with multiple publicly traded companies. Vecchiarelli is a certified public accountant in Nevada and California, possessing over two decades of technical, operational, and strategic experience in finance and accounting.
